I'm selling an app about routers reset information, which autogenerates its content and is currently making 80$ a month and going strong.
The app is written in Symfony2 and is not resource hungry, it shares a Linode with several other websites and hosting costs are roughly 5$ a month. There is a script in place which can be triggered manually or by a CRON Job which scrapes the new router models and the only manual thing that needs to be done is adding a picture.
The site was done as an experiment and I'd rather sell it to someone with the time to deal with it.
